The KTZ show was the most visual, inspirational show of MY WORLD that I have ever seen. I was blown away. The monochrome landscape from the remains of a post-apocalyptic world saw the traveller tired, drawn and undernourished wandering through a half-lit world searching, searching, searching...
Through alpine forest remains, Africa's northern plains, bling-bling India, Mongolia, China, through the Central American MASS ending in the brightest white light of a sanatorium bathed in HOPE.
Michelle Webb, lead makeup artist from AOFM Pro and make up artist Gregory Kara, co-designed the makeup for the show and created the face to accompany the vision - A VERY HARD WON success!
“The makeup was inspired from the monochrome collection. The models were meant to look like futuristic explorers. We worked over four days to finalise the look that it needed to complement the collection without overshadowing the clothes.
The backstage AOFM Pro team used Make Up For Ever product backstage and created the look by using mostly cream based products, then just before the models hit the catwalk, some sliver and black were added sporadically to finalise the look.
It was a joy to create something different and exciting for London Collections: Men.”
