It is not for nothing that Palmer//Harding are known in the industry as being able to create the world’s most perfect shirts, and their AW2015 collection hitting the stores, doesn't disappoint. The label’s typical immaculately clean-cut tailoring and the fit are perfection. And yet, there is a distinctive air of the romantic wafting through the whole collection.
The silhouettes are very feminine, in keeping with the collections exploration of the juxtaposition between the innocence of girlhood, with the more severe power of womanhood.
Leaving the sharp lines and the attention to tailoring to speak for themselves, the designers have used a muted colour palette of dark blue and black tones. There is a serene sense of harmony throughout the collection, with abstract embroidery and erratic graphic stripe prints providing a feeling of continuity.
A fabulously gentle way to start Autumn ... after the long balmy summer.
