Planning an outfit for window shopping in New York – one of the world’s most exciting cities –requires a little bit of forward thinking. But I have found that my pant suits from the late 60's, early 70's work a treat. The mixture of nylon and polyester make them easy to pack, and of course to wash. Drip drying them on a bathroom towel rack is easy peasy!
Knowing I was going to meet Alex, the company manager for the Young Vic’s touring production of A Street Car Called Desire in Soho, meant that dressing up pretty much in technicolour would be perfect! An80's lover, Alex was dolled up in a stunning 80's jumpsuit that only she can pull off.
Of course accessories are all important, and my 2007 coach sneakers were comfortable but no match of course for her colour bursting adidas trainers.
