Her bracelets drive me mad. The colour combinations are so moorish! This beautiful Venezuelan woman first fell in love with fashion whilst in hospital. A self-confessed workaholic, her needlework blouses became such a ward favourite that she couldn't keep up with the demand. When she recovered, she decided to do a fashion course in Panama and this is where I met her. Concentrating on jewellery, which she hand makes herself with support from her own workshop back home, she is not satisfied with her growing popularity in Central and South America (Beco.com.ve). Her dream to sell in Europe and visit the birth place and stomping ground of her favourite artist, Dalí might come sooner then she thinks - this is one determined and talented lady. Indira works with gold vermeil, semi-precious stones, ribbons, string and Swarovski elements.
